OVO BY CARLO CRACCO
Contemporary Italian restaurant OVO by the world famous cook Carlo Cracco opened its doors to the guests of Lotte Hotel Moscow in November 2016. Cracco, who held two Michelin stars and the TV-star of Italian version of the reality show Hells Kitchen, CARLO CRACCO! put all his skills, experience, and inexhaustible talent into this ambitious project and it was our mission to create an exciting narrative for his brand.
We had one weekend for that (What other schedule did you expect coming from Cracco?). We thought about three eggs, three oval shapes, which however simple allows a modern and slick design. Eggs are also tough on the outside but soft on the inside - right Cracco?
